Accountabilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
10+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in credit unions or financial institutions.
In-depth knowledge of lending processes, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Expertise in credit union operations and performance metrics.
Proficient in Tableau or Power BI with a strong focus on data visualization.
Strong attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication skills for technical and managerial conversations.
