At World Business Lenders (WBL), we provide flexible, short-term commercial loans backed by real estate to help small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, particularly those facing difficulties with traditional financing.

• This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Finance, translation & interpretation related field preferred.
• Experience:
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous roles in data entry, lending, intake, credit, financial analysis, or similar positions are preferred, with a specific advantage for those with private lending experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Outlook, Word, and Excel (formulas, data review, and basic analysis)
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a bonus
• Familiarity with CRM systems or document management tools would be a great advantage
• Comfortable using technology and eager to pick up new software quickly

Soft Skills Required

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Great at promoting teamwork and collaboration across different departments.
• Proficient in handling tight deadlines while balancing multiple tasks.
• Careful attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated individual who loves to learn, research, and solve problems independently.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and take initiative in spotting and tackling challenges.
