About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant and Finance Professional to manage our company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and budget planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  
  
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  
  
• Process accounts payable and receivable; handle reconciliations.
  
  
• Oversee payroll, tax filings, and annual audits.
  
  
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
  
  
• Assist management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus points if you have experience in process automation or digital finance tools.
