Accountabilities
Lead multiple product engineering teams (~15+ engineers)
Set and maintain clear roadmaps aligned with Product priorities
Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development across teams
Maintain high engineering standards and issue tracking
Partner closely with Design and Product teams
Shape the end-to-end developer experience
Requirements
Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams
Strong organizational and execution skills
Experience with hiring and scaling teams
A firm perspective on developer experience and tooling
Familiarity with frontend frameworks and SDK design
Experience managing remote, global teams
Excellent communication skills across functions
