Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, client-ready US tax returns for Americans living abroad.
• Meet weekly production deadlines and uphold both internal quality and regulatory standards.
• Document assumptions and technical positions clearly for reviewers and clients.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with teammates and clients.
• Participate in team huddles, office hours, and ongoing learning sessions.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and celebrate team successes.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in US tax preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow production schedules and meet deadlines.

Time Commitment

This is a full-time role. While we don't track time you can expect the natural rhythm of tax season to include peaks balanced by lighter off-season periods.

Compensation

This role offers a base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Current associate base compensation ranges from $25,000 to $45,000 USD annually, depending on tenure, credentials, and productivity & quality KPIs.

Associate performance bonuses are awarded semi-annually based on individual performance and KPIs. Regular compensation reviews annually ensure pay remains reflective of performance and growth.

Start Date
