Role Overview

  • Position Type: W2 or 1099 - W2 physicians are eligible for a full benefits package
  • Work Setting: Fully remote -Imagen primarily partners with outpatient imaging centers and acute care facilities
  • Schedule: Build your own schedule (part-time or full-time)
  • Modalities: X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI, and CT
  • Workflow: Physicians read from individualized work lists customized based on clinical expertise
  • Support: Full workstation provided, internal licensing support, malpractice coverage, and 24/7 IT and administrative support

Total Compensation

  • Earning Potential: Up to $950,000 annually, combining base compensation and productivity incentives
  • Incentives: Additional bonuses available for Washington-licensed radiologists
  • Flexible Compensation Models: Structured to align with workload, schedule, and employment type (W2 or 1099)
  • Benefits Include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, CME allowance, and other standard benefits

Desired Professional Skills & Experience

  •  Preferred ABR or AOBR board-certified
  • 1+ year(s) of work experience interpreting studies (Preferred) 
  • Fellowship training is preferred, but not required

  • Our medical group includes 100+ physicians, spanning diagnostic and interventional radiology, cardiology, and optometry. Imagen’s FDA-cleared AI software is fully integrated into PACS, helping radiologists work more efficiently while supporting diagnostic accuracy.

The salary range for this role is $350,000 - $950,000 / year. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as productivity, qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
