This is a systems-first, AI-powered, performance-measured role where you will:
You will work closely with our Operations Manager and founder to build a support infrastructure that feels high-touch, even as the community grows into the thousands.

Position: Remote Customer Support & Community Specialist
Location: Based in Ireland
Schedule: Approx. 2 hours per day (flexible timing)
Type: Part-Time Contractor
Compensation: Hourly + Performance Bonus (based on CSAT & efficiency metrics)
You will own the daily frontline experience of our members and prospects.
Your responsibility is dual:
