Position Summary:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Advocate, you will serve as a trusted resource for members, providers, and partners by delivering accurate, empathetic support related to medical and dental claims, benefits, and coverage. You will apply your knowledge of healthcare processes and coding systems (ICD-9 and ICD-10) to ensure efficient and effective service.


In this role, you will also manage provider enrollment and credentialing, supporting healthcare providers and practices throughout the enrollment lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing, submitting, and tracking enrollment documentation, ensuring all requirements are met, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with payers and networks to facilitate timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage provider enrollment and credentialing from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with payer, federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, track, and maintain enrollment and credentialing applications and supporting documentation within enrollment systems.
  • Coordinate directly with providers, office staff, payers, and networks to meet enrollment requirements and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and partners via phone or chat, delivering accurate information on eligibility, benefits, coverage, and claims in full HIPAA compliance.
  • Process and review a high volume of medical and dental claims, determining eligibility, payouts, and supporting grievances and appeals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Eligibility, Benefits, Claims, and related departments) to ensure complete and efficient issue resolution.
  • Train providers and staff on enrollment tools and processes, and assist members with website navigation and access issues.
  • Maintain precise documentation of all interactions, safeguard PHI, and adhere to data security and confidentiality standards.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction


 Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in BPO Healthcare (voice), with a focus on Provider Enrollment or Provider Services.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, including medical and dental claims, eligibility, benefits, ICD-9 & ICD-10 coding, and basic credentialing standards.
  • Excellent analytical, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and online systems.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be located in or near Manila (preferred).

**Work Arrangement: This position is currently offered on a REMOTE work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.
