Position Summary:

The Customer Service Advocate – Provider Enrollment manages and coordinates provider enrollment services for healthcare Providers and Practices while maintaining strong relationships with Payers and Networks.

The role supports Providers throughout the enrollment process by preparing, submitting, and monitoring enrollment and credentialing documentation. The Advocate ensures all requirements are met, maintains accurate records, and manages the enrollment process from initiation to completion. 



This is an URGENT hiring - only those who can complete medical + requirements will be prioritized.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain enrollment and credentialing documents within the Enrollment database to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with Providers to ensure enrollment complies with specific Payer requirements.
  • Organize, label, and maintain enrollment applications and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and document credentialing packages prior to submission to Payers and follow up to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Submit enrollment applications to Payers as needed.
  • Train Providers and office staff on the use of enrollment application tools and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, accreditation, and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data security and privacy standards.
  • Use secure communication channels and follow minimum necessary data and PHI guidelines when transmitting information.


 Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years in BPO Healthcare with focus on Provider Enrollment service.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, medical/dental claims, ICD-9 & ICD-10 coding, eligibility, and benefits.
  • Have basic credentialing knowledge and familiarity with industry recognized standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent multitasking, analytical, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in MS Office and online systems


Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holiday
  • Must reside in Metro Manila or nearby provinces
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and able to adapt to changing expectations and priorities
  • Able to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external interactions
  • Strong adherence to daily schedules, tasks, and performance metrics
  • Can start ASAP


**Work Arrangement: This position is currently offered on a REMOTE work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.
