Accountabilities
Managing corporate affairs for companies in Luxembourg, including drafting board and shareholder minutes.
Partnering with local in-house lawyers to ensure corporate compliance of subsidiaries and participations.
Collaborating with finance and legal departments to manage legal aspects of internal restructuring.
Supporting in complex financing and M&A transactions alongside senior legal staff.
Designing and improving corporate processes and policies across the Group.
Organizing and maintaining a database of all corporate records and filings.
Managing KYC and UBO requests efficiently.
Overseeing the Group trademarks and patents portfolio.
Building strong relationships with partners and lawyers across various sectors and jurisdictions.
Requirements
Master's degree in corporate business law.
7 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar role or law firm.
In-depth understanding of Luxembourg laws and regulations.
Fluent in English and French with excellent legal drafting skills.
Strong analytical skills to assess complex transactions and legal risks.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent and proactive work ethic with attention to detail.
