Remote Chief Operating Officer

In this critical role, you will be a strategic partner responsible for planning and executing essential operational and tactical priorities. Your leadership will directly impact the operational execution and efficiency of health solutions, driving growth and compliance while ensuring profitability. Accountabilities
  • Define and influence business strategies with the Health Solutions President.
  • Lead the financial planning process in collaboration with finance and actuarial teams.
  • Establish metrics and performance standards to assess product performance.
  • Coordinate annual pre-Open Enrollment planning sessions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery through collaboration with health plan leadership and vendors.
  • Utilize data insights to monitor performance trends and provide regular updates.
  • Oversee the development of immediate and long-term strategic plans.
  • Engage actively with Senior Leadership and collaborate with broader leadership teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned while complying with policies and standards.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of management, consulting, or operations experience required.
  • Proven ability to navigate within a matrixed organization.
  • Equivalent experience through relevant accomplishments and skills may be considered.
