Accountabilities
Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales
Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales
Perform data entry for customer relationship management (CRM) software
Respond to customer emails effectively
Generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Meet established service level agreements
Execute additional assigned tasks as needed
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different personalities
Intelligent and quick learner
No previous BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
