The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious BDR Manager to join our client's growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a newly created Remote BDR team from scratch in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with a talented, passionate sales team that is shaping the future of data privacy and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Provide hands-on coaching to BDRs and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings

  • Improve and implement new scalable sales processes and playbooks for enterprise cybersecurity/data privacy sales

  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client information

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs

  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field

  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR Manager in a B2B SaaS environment with a passion for training, coaching, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment, while carrying a personal quota

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas targeting the Upper Mid-Market/Enterprise segment

  • Expert-level proficiency in cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to US, UK, Australia, or New Zealand companies in English

  • Expert-level proficiency with CRM and sales software (HubSpot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, etc.).

  • Ideally, experience prospecting to CIO, CISO, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Privacy Officer

  • Ideally, knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, and CCPA

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Level C1-C2)

  • Ability and willingness to work ET hours (till 4 pm)
