CareHarmony is seeking an Associate Recruiter to assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles that support our patients and clients in the world of Chronic Care Management (CCM). Ideal candidates will have experience with high volume recruiting and an agency background. Interfacing with both the business and candidate will be imperative for success in this role. Self-management and understanding of successful recruiting core practices will be expected. This will be fully remote and require little to no travel.

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience.
  • Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements to exceed targets.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.
  • Minimum of one (2) year of previous work experience is required.
  • Previous Healthcare Recruiting is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is ideal.
