What You’ll Do

  • As a Specialist in Remarketing, you’ll support the Merchants Remarketing Department and our clients by:
  • Managing diverse inventory types including auction, dealer-direct, and GuaranteeBuy assets
  • Assisting in the end-to-end processing of vehicle sales and remarketing transactions
  • Analyzing fair market values and maintaining baseline pricing strategies
  • Creating and maintaining wholesale and retail listings across online platforms
  • Compiling and distributing performance metrics and remarketing result
  • Supporting bills of sale, documentation accuracy, and compliance processes
  • Coordinating vehicle logistics at sale venues nationwide
  • Managing arbitration and return processes
  • Updating pricing weekly in AutoIMS and Remarketing+
  • Building and refining Salesforce dashboards to drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with Sales teams and offshore partners
  • Identifying and refining processes to improve performance and mitigate risk

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar operational or remarketing-focused role
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of automotive inventory and remarketing processes (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Positive, solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment
