What You’ll Do

  • Accurately and safely fill prescriptions in accordance with established workflows and SOPs.

  • Provide patient counselling on new therapies, ensuring understanding and confidence in medication use.
    Support adherence monitoring and ongoing medication consultations as needed.

  • Maintain and update patient profiles in compliance with privacy legislation and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable standards set by NAPRA and the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).

  • Provide relief coverage for scheduled absences, peak volumes, or short-notice needs.

  • Weekend availability is considered a strong asset.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensing: Part A licensed pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, in good standing.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high-volume environments preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Kroll and pharmacy-related IT systems.

  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to accuracy in prescription preparation, labelling, and documentation.

  • Adaptable & Reliable: Comfortable stepping into coverage as needed and working independently when required.

  • Strong Communicator: Clear verbal and written communication skills with patients and internal teams.
