The Recipe (About the Role)

Champion Maintenance Excellence Across All Sites

Work hand‑in‑hand with operations and maintenance teams to ensure our maintenance programs are executed consistently and effectively. You’ll be the driving force behind continuous improvement, spotting opportunities to optimise processes and embedding best‑practice standards across the organisation.

Own and Evolve Our CMMS

As our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Subject Matter Expert, you’ll shape how we use data to make smarter decisions. You’ll ensure system integrity, streamline workflows, and lead KPI reporting that gives the business the insights it needs to perform at its best.

Influence Major Projects From Day One

Be a key voice in both capital and non‑capital projects, ensuring reliability principles are built in from concept to commissioning. You’ll champion Early Equipment Management (EEM) to deliver robust designs, smooth start‑ups, and long‑term asset performance.

Drive Risk‑Based Strategies That Protect the Business

Develop methodologies to optimise asset strategies and reduce operational risk. Your work will directly shape how we prioritise, maintain, and invest in our equipment.

Solve Complex Problems That Matter

Partner with manufacturing and cross‑functional teams to lead Root Cause Analysis for recurring failures. You’ll guide teams to sustainable solutions that eliminate issues at their source and strengthen long‑term reliability.

Deliver High‑Value Improvements

Identify and lead Value Optimisation initiatives that boost performance, reduce costs, and unlock efficiency. You’ll use data, insights, and collaboration to deliver meaningful, measurable results.
