Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Release Manager to support the Minerva Platform release management team and increase capacity for upcoming project work. The role will oversee release planning, coordination, and deployment activities across multiple environments, contributing to critical enhancements within the Preventative Risking (PR) function responsible for identifying fraudulent Self‑Assessment (SA) registrations.

What you will do: 

  • Own and manage the end‑to‑end release process across development, test, and production environments.
  • Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure timely and high‑quality releases.
  • Maintain and enforce configuration management standards using manifest files and structured release artefacts.
  • Oversee packaging and deployment of SAS Data Integration (DI) code (SPKs) and Oracle artefacts (clear‑text files).
  • Support migration activities from SAS 9.4 to SAS Viya 4 using CI/CD practices and established accelerators.
  • Facilitate release readiness reviews, go/no‑go meetings, and post‑release retrospectives.
  • Ensure traceability and auditability of all release components, changes, and decisions.
  • Support testing and validation processes to ensure configuration integrity across all environments.
  • Work closely with teams involved in the Preventative Risking proof of concept and wider Minerva data integration workflows that leverage SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Studio V, SAS RTENG, and SAS Viya tools.
  • Strong practical experience with SAS Enterprise Guide, particularly in job orchestration and user migration.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAS Data Integration (DI), including packaging and deployment using manifest structures.
  • Experience coordinating complex releases across multi‑environment software delivery pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle artefacts and CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of configuration management principles and release auditability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional technical and business teams.
  • SC clearance required.
