Continuously monitor build and release pipelines to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement targeted improvements that enhance reliability, speed, and overall efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain high-quality and up-to-date release documentation (deployment guides, runbooks, rollback plans, release notes, and deploy-automation documentation) to ensure clarity and consistency across the release process.
Produce and maintain release dashboards and metrics, providing visibility into release performance, quality, and trends.
