Release Delivery Manager

As part of our continued growth in the Americas, we’re launching a brand-new Tech Hub in Mexico - and we’re looking for a Release Delivery Manager to join our global Release Factory team of 18 people, who will help you succeed in your new role.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling our release deployment activities for RELEX customers globally. We publish several releases yearly and these are deployed to our hundreds of customers by our team. You will also participate in developing the processes and tools related to the release deployments and help in constantly improving our ways of working. You will ensure smooth collaboration and communication between the central team and our customer-facing teams globally.

• Solid coordination and task management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and customer-facing teams
• Capabilities to deliver measurable value in high-speed environments
• Proactive and result-driven attitude towards work
• Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service
• Fluent English skills
