  • 5+ years of proven project management experience in complex delivery and release projects within the financial services industry, ideally in large-scale or regulated environments
  • Experience with coordinating software development activities, preferably across diverse technologies (ABAP, native HANA, Middleware, Mainframe, job-scheduling software, etc.).
  • Understanding of banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and customer-specific IT processes, with the ability to adapt them for project implementation teams.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in German and English, and familiarity with collaboration and project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Sharepoint, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP Transport Management (TMS) and Solution Manager (ChaRM) are a plus.
