To market the bank’s retail products and services in order to establish, develop and maintain relationships with retail customers located in the target market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.
- Market and cross-sell the bank’s retail products and services.
- Drive branch sales and deposit growth through effective marketing strategies.
- Supervise and coach account officers to achieve business goals.
- Implement call plans, track customer needs, and deliver excellent service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring compliance and quality reporting.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and generate referrals.
Requirements
- A first degree in a Business-related discipline (Master’s/professional certification is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in retail banking/sales.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian retail banking market and banking operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting.
