Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year* (includes base and commission)

* Range depends on skill level and overall experience, and performance-based commission

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Relationship Manager on the SmartDollar team, you’ll support a book of business by building strong client relationships, delivering a great experience, and driving renewals. You’ll lead regular communication, coach clients on how to promote SmartDollar, and keep account data accurate and up to date.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 1–2 years of experience in client service, account management, customer success or equivalent
• You’re an effective communicator who can lead calls and coach clients with confidence
• You’re organized, responsive, and manage your time and tasks well
• You enjoy building relationships and being the go-to person clients can trust
• You’re proactive, coachable, and quick to take ownership
• You’re passionate about Ramsey’s mission and want to help companies change lives through SmartDollar

What Winning Looks Like:

• Deliver a high-quality experience for each client that reflects the Ramsey brand
• Lead regular check-ins and proactively engage clients with helpful communication
• Coach clients on how to successfully promote SmartDollar within their organization
• Keep all Salesforce and SmartCenter data accurate and up to date
• Maintain strong renewal rhythms and proactively communicate with clients 60+ days before their contract ends
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and pitch additional services where needed
• Report accurately on revenue and surface any obstacles that could impact renewals
