About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Regulatory team. This is a strategic role for someone with deep expertise in regulatory processes, strong market insight, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. As Lead, you will shape our regulatory portfolio, oversee solution delivery, and ensure alignment with client needs and compliance standards—while remaining hands-on by contributing to client projects.

As a Lead your responsibilities include:

• Lead and inspire the Regulatory Solutions team through effective people management, mentoring, and performance development.
• Define and execute the regulatory portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and evolving market trends.
• Contribute to the design and development of innovative AI solutions for the regulatory area.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their regulatory challenges and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, regulatory bodies, and key clients to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep our solutions competitive and compliant.
• Drive business development initiatives, including proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership contributions.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines, maintaining full regulatory compliance.
• Actively contribute to client projects through billable work, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  
  

Ideally, you will be based in one of our offices in Denmark, the UK, Germany, or Spain.

• Demonstrated experience in regulatory solutions within the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines).
• Experience in leading and engaging remote and hybrid teams across Europe.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, internal and external
• Established network of industry contacts and influencers.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Experience in IT consulting and solution delivery for regulatory processes.
