Neko Health is a Swedish healthcare technology company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Neko's vision is to shift healthcare from reactive treatment toward preventative health and early detection. This requires completely reimagining the patient's experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. Neko Health has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is convenient and affordable for the public. The company is based in Stockholm, offering the Neko Body Scan experience at locations in Stockholm, London and Manchester, with over 500 employees.   About the Role The Regulatory Compliance and Patient Safety Manager serves as Neko’s subject matter expert on UK healthcare regulatory requirements and how they apply to our clinics in the UK. You will ensure that all clinics maintain continuous compliance, supporting and directing local leadership teams to meet and exceed statutory expectations. You will coordinate regulatory preparedness, run internal compliance audits, and act as a bridge between clinical, operational, facilities, and people teams when corrective actions are needed.  You will additionally act as a key patient safety partner, ensuring effective oversight of incidents, robust risk management, and structured organisational learning. In this role you will be supported by the clinic management teams who are responsible for the triage, analysis and response to individual incidents, and the education team who are responsible for disseminating learning across Neko’s clinics in the UK.  Finally, you will have the chance to shape regulatory and patient safety excellence as we scale. You will help build our capability to comply with the requirements of other UK regulatory bodies as we expand into new regions. Training and support will be provided where specialised local regulatory knowledge is needed.    If you have strong experience in CQC compliance and/or patient safety and risk management, we’d love to connect with you.
