The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principle/Principle with a strong background in Communication, Media and Technology and business consulting to lead strategic projects within our CMT division. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of industry expertise, leadership skills, and a consulting mindset to drive Regulatory and Compliance initiatives, optimize operations, and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establishment of Compliance Office:
1. Develop and implement the structure of the compliance office, outlining reporting lines, key responsibilities, and workflow processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into daily operations seamlessly.
2. Compliance Framework:

1. Identify and define the scope of compliance areas, including finance, legal, regulatory, SOC (Service Organization Control), security, and entertainment and connectivity regulations.
2. Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to entertainment and connectivity regulatory compliance requirements.

1. Entertainment and Connectivity Regulatory Compliance:

1. Stay informed about industry-specific regulations governing entertainment content delivery and connectivity services.
2. Develop strategies and processes to ensure compliance with entertainment and connectivity regulations applicable to our platform.

1. Security Compliance:

1. Stay informed about industry-specific security standards and regulations.
2. Develop and implement security compliance programs to safeguard our Entertainment Platform against potential security threats.

1. Audit Management:

1. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, industry standards, security protocols, and entertainment and connectivity regulations.
2. Analyze audit findings and work closely with relevant stakeholders to address and rectify any non-compliance issues.

1. Certification Programs:

1. Drive external certification processes, ensuring the platform meets industry-specific standards, security, and entertainment and connectivity regulations.
2. Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards, adjusting certification strategies accordingly.

1. Team Leadership:

1. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing compliance team.
2. Provide guidance and training to team members on compliance, security, and entertainment and connectivity regulatory matters, fostering a culture of accountability and awareness.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

1. Collaborate with internal departments, legal teams, and external consultants to stay abreast of regulatory changes, potential security threats, and their impacts on the business.
2. Communicate compliance, security, and entertainment and connectivity regulatory requirements and updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Infomation Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in setting up and managing compliance functions, with a focus on security, entertainment, and connectivity regulatory compliance, preferably within the cable or telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of finance, legal, regulatory, SOC, security, and entertainment and connectivity compliance requirements.
• Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific security certifications and audit processes.
