What You’ll Do

  • Conduct final package verification to ensure prescriptions are prepared, labeled, and packaged accurately and in compliance with pharmacy standards.

  • Maintain and update patient profiles, medication records, and prescription histories in accordance with privacy and regulatory requirements—practicing to scope to ensure data accuracy and correct prescription fulfillment.

  • Support pharmacists in processing prescriptions and addressing patient or prescriber inquiries.

  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking levels, restocking, and coordinating orders with wholesalers or manufacturers.

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary environment in accordance with NAPRA and Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) regulations.

  • Contribute to quality control processes and pharmacy documentation.

  • Support packaging supply management and help keep workflows moving efficiently across teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensing: Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), in good standing.

  • Experience: Previous pharmacy experience in a fast-paced or mail-order environment is an asset.
    Attention to Detail: Precision in labelling, documentation, and inventory handling is critical.

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using pharmacy systems (Kroll) and has strong computer literacy.

  • Strong Communicator: Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication.

  • Team Player: Works collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment; adaptable and proactive.

  • Health & Safety: Committed to following safety procedures and fostering a safe workspace.
