Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and develop personalized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments efficiently and safely, as prescribed.
Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Engage in continuous professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements

Current and valid RN license.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional education and training.
Must be willing to work part-time (4 hrs per day - candidates who can work on weekends are preferred)
