Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager

Allegheny-Greenbrier’s client, a Medicare-certified in-home skilled nursing, personal care, and rehabilitation provider servicing the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States, is actively recruiting a full-time/permanent registered nurse (RN) case manager in Fairfax, Virginia. 

Well-qualified applicants must: 

• A registered nurse (RN) in good professional standing
• Be cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)/first aid certified 
• Have prior Individual and Family Developmental Disabilities Support (IFDDS) waiver experience
• Have prior Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (CCC+) experience
• Have prior in-home- or hospice-care experience
