Role Overview

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support telehealth patient follow-ups, remote monitoring, and clinical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Follow-Up

Conduct scheduled outbound follow-up calls
Assess treatment adherence and symptom progression
Identify red flags and clinical risks

Clinical Documentation

Accurately document all patient interactions in EMR systems
Maintain HIPAA-compliant records
Ensure clear, audit-ready charting

Triage & Escalation

Recognize concerning symptoms
Escalate appropriately to supervising physicians

Care Coordination

Required Qualifications
