🌟 Registered Nurse - Clinical Services Coordinator 🌟
At Nira, we’re obsessed with world-class infusion care — and we’re looking for a Clinical Services Coordinator (RN license required) who’s loves education, quality, and leveling up teams. You’ll report to our Director of Nursing Services and spend your time training infusion center nurses on-site, crafting stellar clinical training programs, and remotely onboarding nurses. Biologic infusion experience is a must!

Design and deliver best-in-class training for disease states + new infusion therapies
Travel to infusion sites up to 60% — hands-on skill coaching, team engagement, high fives
Assist in creating and refining clinical processes
Train leaders and staff on nursing quality standards
Act as operational support + trusted clinical resource for clinic and home infusion services
Uphold Nira standards, INS guidelines, OSHA, state regs — the full excellence package
RN (active) — multi-state required
BSN preferred
1+ year in nursing leadership or supervisor role (preferred)
1 year of biologic infusion experience (required)
Great communication + leadership skills
Love for structure, compliance, and elevating others
TB screening ✔️
Hep B vaccine or waiver ✔️
BLS certification required (or willing to grab it ASAP)
You’ll maintain and obtain licenses across states
Participate in competencies and ongoing clinical education
