About Circle Care Services
Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We support our RBTs with strong supervision and clear onboarding so you can confidently apply your skills and make a meaningful impact.
About the Role
As a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/ BT, you’ll work one-on-one with children in home and community settings, following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implementing behavior plans and skill-building programs
• Collecting and documenting session data
• Collaborating with your clinical team

Requirements
• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Willingness to complete RBT training/certification if not already certified
