Regional Vice President - MENA

We are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President (RVP) for the MENA region with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will lead our regional go-to-market strategy, driving enterprise sales, partnerships, and client adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own MENA regional sales and revenue strategy.
  
  
• Build trusted relationships with regulators, banks, and fintechs.
  
  
• Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  
  
• Manage and mentor AEs across the MENA region.
  
  
• Provide insights into regional compliance and regulatory trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the MENA market.
  
  
• Strong expertise in AML, KYC, fraud detection, and compliance frameworks.
  
  
• Proven track record of scaling regional revenues.
  
  

• Strong leadership and executive presence in cross-cultural environments.
