Kravet LLC, a leader in the home furnishings industry, is seeking a high-caliber Regional Vice President to spearhead our Southeast region. This executive role offers a scope of responsibility and compensation comparable to most national VP positions within our sector. The Southeast region includes five corporate showrooms and a team of 30 corporate employees dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to the luxury interior design community. Kravet LLC operates as the umbrella company for several prestigious legacy brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, Donghia, and GP&J Baker. Our extensive portfolio, offered under these brand names, encompasses fabrics, wallcoverings, trims, furniture, carpeting, and lighting. We also collaborate with celebrated licensees such as Kelly Wearstler, Oscar de la Renta, Corey Damen Jenkins, Lilly Pulitzer, and Bunny Williams, among other design icons. The successful candidate will join a strong, focused, and collaborative executive sales team. Position summary:

Responsible for the overall success of the Southeast region by providing leadership for all regional employees and by driving the successful implementation of Company-wide and regional sales initiatives. The Southeast region includes Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Florida Panhandle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the region.

  • Message and implement national sales strategies and programs.

  • Responsible for driving sales in the region.

  • Establish and maintain a collaborative regional sales team. 

  • Build strong working and personal relationships with our best customers and agents showrooms.

  • Responsible for setting sales goals for and reviewing performance of showroom managers and road representatives.

  • Responsible for biannual evaluation of the regional sales team and working with our HR Department on staffing.

  • Constant and strategic evaluation of the region, our customer base, regional competition and the regional sales team.

  • Mentoring and development of new employees

  • Oversight of 5 corporate showrooms, large corporate road sales force and agent showroom network.

Requirements

  • Five plus years of sales management experience with a record of proven results. 

  • Ten plus years experience in the interior design industry

  • College degree, preferably in Interior design, business, marketing or related fields a plus.

  • Established client relationships/following with the region’s Interior Design Community.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace

  • Strong and inherent leadership qualities with ability to build, motivate and retain a high-performing, results driven team, develop sales opportunities and build client relationships.

  • The position requires excellent communication and computer skills. You will need to be passionate about growing a successful business and have the desire to be a part of a dynamic team.

  • Salary range: $180,000 - $200,000
