As the Pre-Sales Regional Team Lead for Solutions Engineering, you are responsible for leading, mentoring, and scaling the Central Region SE team to deliver technical excellence throughout the sales cycle. Your mission is to elevate the team’s ability to uncover customer needs, architect compelling technical solutions, and translate complexity into business value while driving predictable revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.
OTE Salary Range - $274,000 - $313,000 OTE + Equity
