Regional Sales Manager

Why We Have This Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager based in Sydney to lead a high-performing team of 8 Account Executives across the ANZ region. This role is critical to driving new revenue and expanding Qualtrics’ presence by coaching and mentoring skilled sales professionals. As part of a team passionate about closing experience gaps, you will develop and execute strategies that empower your team to win complex deals and build lasting client relationships. Your leadership will help accelerate growth and solidify Qualtrics’ position as the leader in Experience Management.

Things You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8 Account Executives, driving revenue growth and skill development.
  • Coach your team on sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity execution, and career planning.
  • Recruit, retain, and nurture top sales talent to build a resilient and high-performing team.
  • Provide targeted training on complex sales motions, including collaboration with legal, product teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects at multiple organizational levels.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as an executive sponsor on key enterprise deals.
  • Stay informed of Qualtrics’ product portfolio and evolving competitive landscape to inform sales tactics and pricing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts to secure enterprise engagements.
  • Maintain a disciplined operating rhythm for forecasting, pipeline review, and sales performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Proven sales leader with 6-8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience and experience managing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding team quotas through data-driven coaching and team management.
  • Experience negotiating and closing complex contracts involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled in MEDDIC or equivalent sales methodologies and Salesforce.com proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence at all organisational levels.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience with competitors in the XM space is a plus.
