Accountabilities:
Drive territory financial performance by developing and executing strategic sales and business development plans
Identify, evaluate, and onboard agency partners aligned with production and profitability objectives
Build strong, long-term relationships with agency principals and producers through consistent in-person engagement
Analyze local market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities to refine territory strategies
Lead execution of business development processes and best practices to optimize agency performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and agency ease of doing business
Monitor performance metrics, adjust tactics, and ensure achievement of sales, production, and profitability goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 6+ years of insurance marketing or sales leadership experience
Proven background in personal lines home insurance, with strong agency management and territory growth results
Solid financial and business acumen, with the ability to analyze market performance and drive strategic decisions
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
High level of organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
