The Role
Drive revenue by selling complex technical solutions to mid-market customers. Own the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting to closing high-value deals with senior decision-makers in competitive environments.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership: Own annual revenue targets for your region (Americas OR Rest of the World). Scale new growth initiatives across multiple sales motions.
Team Development: Build A+ sales teams by identifying top performers, coaching existing talent, and hiring Account Executives, SDRs, and Account Managers to maximize conversion rates.
Process Excellence: Identify gaps in sales tools, methodologies, and knowledge. Build scalable playbooks and collaborate with Pre-sales on proposals and POCs. Partner strategically with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
Requirements
8 to 15 years sales experience with 2-4 years managing quota-carrying teams
Proven track record in databases, ETL, or Business Intelligence sales (Good to have)
Deep expertise in end-to-end global sales across Inbound/Outbound/Expansion plays
3-4 years building and managing high-performance sales teams (Must have)
Experience developing strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong operational and process improvement capabilities
Passion for technical products and data-driven decision making
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
