Fluidra is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Specialty to join our team! 
  
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE  
The Regional Sales Manager, Specialty is responsible for driving sales growth and account management by building and maintaining strong relationships with CPI Customers, promoting our range of products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires you to analyze the market, create competitive comparisons and establish tactics to win new customers and grow our market share. Additionally, you will:  
  • Responsible for growing regional sales, strategy creation and market execution for the Specialty Business Unit (Cover-Pools, Grand Effects and Jandy In-Floor)
  • Territory: Midwest and Northeast
  • Provide input on sales and demand forecasting to help support manufacturing execution
  • Meet with key clients, dealers, distributors, and assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  • Manage expenses and sales accommodations to assigned budget levels.
  • Support contract negotiations, close sales and develop sales strategies for key accounts
  • Assist in setting annual sales targets, goals and annual sales budgets.
  • Keep Marketing, colleagues and team informed of competitive new products, services, and other market data
  • Bring code and compliance trends and information to internal Fluidra department to keep us abreast of evolving code trends
  • Participate in assigned education and training conferences on sales and leadership
  • Support Tech Support in resolving customer issues
  • Coordinate between field service and sales to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure effective working relationships with all internal departments
  • Accomplish organizational goals as required to meet or exceed company objectives
  • Represent company at Trade Shows and Industry Meetings 
  • Handles organizations’ confidential information with tact and discretion 
  • Organize sales meetings 
  • Provide feedback to Management on product quality and market trends 
  • Suggest improvements on organizations products/programs 
  • Organize and/or attends local, regional, national meetings 
  • Performs all other functions as required to assure the attainment of regional goals and objectives as required 
WHAT WE SEEK
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience 
  • Proficiency in SalesForce software to track leads, set opportunities, schedule calendars of hunting/ farming target customers 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point is mandatory 
  • Must demonstrate leadership, sales management planning, negotiation and customer service skills 
  • Communication proficiency (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills 
  • Pool industry experience, preferably in the Specialty division 
  • Travel by air and car is required, approximately 30-40% of job-related time will be overnight travel 
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record 
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
