We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director who will play a pivotal role in owning the entire customer journey from demand generation, through purchase and product use, along with leading the sales team for the Eastern region. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about building out and developing a sales team, developing process efficiencies, and serving customers. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in sales leadership. Experience with genomics and capital equipment is a must. Base Compensation Pay Range:
In addition to base compensation noted above, you will be eligible for stock options, commission, no cost health insurance plans, 401k with company match, and flexible paid time off.
