Pay Range: $46,800–$50,000 per year
Mileage Reimbursement: Paid at the current IRS rate
Schedule: Full-time position with regular regional travel

As a Regional Relationship Manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact between Belmont Roofing Solutions and its partnered retail store locations. You’ll be responsible for training store staff, keeping them informed about Belmont’s services, and helping generate qualified customer leads.
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX 75342 (regional travel to assigned store locations required)
What You’ll Do:
Visit retail stores in your assigned region to provide training and support
Teach store associates how to speak confidently about Belmont’s roofing products and services
Develop strong working relationships with store teams and management
Share materials, updates, and answer questions during scheduled visits
Report on training progress, store engagement, and customer interest
Communicate regularly with Belmont’s leadership team to stay aligned on messaging
Represent Belmont Roofing Solutions with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in sales, training, retail, or roofing is helpful but not required
Comfortable leading small groups or one-on-one training sessions
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Willing to travel to retail locations within your assigned region
