Regional Pricing Manager

Position Summary

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll shape and refine innovative pricing frameworks for our latest equipment offerings and diverse customer segments. Your expertise will drive Syntegon’s commitment to smart, market-responsive solutions and help set new standards for excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic pricing projects with product management, sales, and finance, crafting strategies that showcase our value and align seamlessly with customer needs.
• Analyze pricing and cost structures, evaluate market elasticity, and drive strategic, data-driven pricing decisions. Promote cross-functional collaboration and serve as the primary contact for all pricing matters within the organization and with customers.
• Monitor key metrics like win rates, deal sizes, and margins to refine pricing strategies over time.
• Collaborate across departments to drive effective pricing strategies, acting as the key contact for all pricing matters. Address pricing objections with practical solutions to build trust and support the sales team in closing deals.

Qualifications

• Commercial an/or technical education degree, combined with several years of professional experience in pricing for capital goods or related industries.
• Extensive project and stakeholder management experience, including presenting complex pricing strategies and insights clearly to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with strong command of Excel; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Proven expertise in a variety of competitive pricing approaches, applied successfully in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships across departments and regions to drive alignment and support for pricing initiatives.
• Proficiency in English is essential. German language skills are a plus.

Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
