Regional People Partner Intern (Recruiter Mass Hire) - Sulawesi

The Regional People Partner (RPP) Intern will support the RPP team with administrative tasks and sourcing candidates through various channels. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting with people and learning about people partner.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the RPP team to understand hiring needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Shadow recruitment screens and intake meetings to gain insights into interview planning and best practices.
• Manage job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on various career platforms.
• Support the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, including background and reference checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR would be a plus.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and processes.
• Strong interest in building a career in People Partner or HR Operations.
• Open-minded, resilient, and excited by new challenges.
