About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Regional Operations Specialist to support the logistics backbone of one of our largest clients. Think of this role as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our drivers—you ensure they have the right information, the right paperwork, and the support they need to succeed.

Location: This position requires the first 2 months fully on-site in our Medellín office for training and integration. Afterward, you will transition to a Hybrid Model (2 days in office, 3 days from home).

  • Driver Coordination: Communicate via text/SMS with drivers to confirm schedules and expectations (Internal communication only; no direct end-customer interaction).
  • Quality Control: Review dispatch paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client standards.
  • Milestone Tracking: Monitor driver activity in real-time, accurately marking order milestones in the system to maintain full visibility.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with Customer Service to proactively resolve driver-related issues before they escalate.
  • Preparation: Anticipate gaps by reviewing orders in advance to ensure drivers have all necessary documents and instructions.

    • Tech Savvy: You can learn new software quickly. Experience with Slack and G-Suite is required.
    • Process-Driven: You enjoy following established workflows and organizing documentation.
    • Industry Experience: Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or back-office coordination is a major plus.
