THE TEAM LEADER
Build and maintain a strong and highly effective team. Lead and coach all direct reports in a motivational way for increased productivity and engagement.
Guarantee coaching on a benchmark level to ensure continuous development of the team so that they stay on the cutting edge.
Evaluate the skill level of the On Premise team on a permanent basis and adjust plans to reach targets. Ensure continuous development within the team through proper succession preparation.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the HoReCa sector, with deep knowledge of its dynamics, key players, and business drivers.
Be a natural leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire, empower, and influence at every level.
Proven experience in team management, coaching, and developing talent.
Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to navigate complex markets, customer relationships and strategic decisions.
Ability to build authentic, long-term partnerships with high-level customers and industry stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic environments.
