The Role

The primary focus of this role is to support the evolution of SEEK’s unique culture and drive employee engagement within the office environment; both of which are critical to SEEK’s success. This role does this by developing and executing integrated and strategic office experience plans and associated tactical requirements for SEEK across the Asia business so that SEEK employees can consistently deliver the right outcomes and have a phenomenal experience in doing so.

 

Specifically, the Office Experience Manager leads four work streams which directly support the growth of SEEK’s culture across the Asia business. 1) Office services, 2) Company-wide employee events, 3) Office data reporting, and 4) Projects and sustainability. This role has direct reports in few other markets SEEK Asia operates within, plus support services employees in those locations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Office Experience strategy for SEEK's Asia and APAC offices, ensuring consistent and world-class environments that attract and retain talent.
  • Oversee office fit-outs, refurbishments, and ongoing operational management, including the implementation of data-driven office management solutions.
  • Develop and execute an integrated employee experience program me that energizes, engages, and promotes participation in SEEK's culture across all office locations.
  • Manage the Office Experience budget, including new office fit-outs, whilst identifying cost efficiencies where appropriate.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for executing the Office Experience agenda.
  • Collaborate with Communications and People & Culture teams to create inclusive solutions for all office locations.
  • Ensure reception areas represent SEEK in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Devise and implement an events strategy that increases employee engagement and reflects SEEK's inclusive culture across all offices.
  • Manage complex, highly visible organizational changes related to Office Experience initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the business, utilizing strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading diverse, high-performing teams and driving workplace engagement
  • Strong leadership, experience in managing team in multi locations 
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across all organisational levels
  • Strategic thinking ability with a focus on delivering both strategic and tactical outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project and budget management expertise
  • Ability to drive improvements through creative thinking and innovation
