  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital performance campaigns (e.g., paid social, SEM, display) with strong focus on ROI/ROAS and funnel performance.
  • Analyse social media performance, SEM metrics, and CRM data to refine targeting, optimise media buys, and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Partner agencies and internal teams to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, creative performance, and media optimisation.

Omnichannel Campaign Planning & Regional Calendar Ownership

  • Create, plan, and manage the regional omnichannel marketing calendar to drive overall revenue and brand objectives.
  • Develop campaign toolkits, guidelines, and playbooks so other SEA markets can adapt and execute consistently and effectively.
  • Ensure campaigns are implemented in line with company brand standards and commercial priorities.

Content & Creative Direction

  • Bring a strong creative eye to translate what the brand stands for into compelling content and storytelling.
  • Work closely with creative teams to produce high-performing content and artwork for social platforms, eDMs, website assets, and online/offline advertising.
  • Drive content planning with clear messaging, format strategy (video, UGC, key visuals), and performance learning loops.

CRM & Consumer Growth

  • Drive consumer data collection and database growth through both online and offline touchpoints.
  • Build and execute CRM programs to recruit target audiences, nurture loyalty, and retain VIP / high-value customers through lifecycle communications.
  • Use segmentation and insights to personalise messaging and improve retention and repeat purchase.

Brand Activations, PR, and Influencer/KOL Programs

  • Plan and execute branding activities including product seeding, KOL/influencer collaborations, media engagement, and press events.
  • Create and manage in-store and out-of-store events, campaign launches, and collaborations to drive awareness and sell-through.

Budget Ownership & Commercial Delivery

  • Own budgeting across digital marketing, retail marketing, and PR, ensuring spend is efficient, impactful, and sustainable.
  • Drive sales growth for the assigned portfolio with clear commercial targets, execution excellence, and measurable outcomes.

Post-Campaign Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead post-evaluation analysis for all events, campaigns, promotions, and collaborations; translate insights into future improvements.
  • Establish performance reporting cadence and recommendations for optimisation across markets.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Manage external agencies (creative, media, PR, KOL) to deliver strong outputs, on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, eCommerce, sales, and market teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 to 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a regional role managing multiple markets (Southeast Asia experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through integrated omnichannel marketing (digital, social, CRM, retail activations, PR).
  • Omnichannel & campaign leadership
  • Strong experience building and owning a marketing calendar, translating commercial objectives into campaigns with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Experience creating campaign toolkits/playbooks that can be adopted by local markets with clear guidelines and governance.
