Regional Marketing Manager, APAC

TLDR

Own and execute regional marketing campaigns across India and APAC, collaborating closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Key Responsibilities

Field & Campaign Marketing

  • Local Campaign Execution: Design and run bespoke, region-specific campaigns across India and APAC that resonate with local buyers, adapting global messaging and assets to fit cultural and market context.
  • Field Events & Promotions: Identify, plan, and execute in-person and virtual events including local meetups, partner events, trade shows, and webinars. Attend high-priority events in person; organize others remotely.
  • Customer & Partner Activities: Build and execute joint marketing programs with channel and technology partners to extend reach and drive pipeline.
  • Localized Content for PR and Social: Create region-relevant content and social posts (using Canva and other tools), including Google Ads campaigns targeting India and APAC audiences.
  • Help coordinate Digital and Social Campaigns: Working with the Corporate Marketing Team help guide them for execution in the local India and APJ region.
  • Channel & Partner Marketing

    • Partner Marketing Strategy: Own and execute the regional channel partner marketing plan aligned to business priorities across India and APAC.
    • Joint GTM Programs: Plan and deliver co‑marketing initiatives with key partners (e.g. VARs, SIs, distributors, and technology partners), including joint events, webinars, digital campaigns, and account‑based initiatives.
    • MDF & Co‑Marketing Management: Support partner marketing investments where applicable (e.g. MDF), ensuring effective planning, execution, and performance tracking.
    • Partner Enablement: Work with global partner marketing and regional sales teams to localize partner messaging, sales plays, and marketing assets for APAC markets.
    • Ecosystem Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales to prioritize partners, align campaigns to active opportunities, and support partner‑led pipeline acceleration.
    • Demand Generation

    • Pipeline Contribution: Support regional pipeline targets and work with the global demand gen team to align programs to APAC-specific pipeline goals.
    • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and execute lead gen activities across email, digital, ABM, partner campaigns, and events to generate qualified leads and move them through the funnel.
    • Marketing Automation: Build and manage campaigns in Marketo; maintain data quality and lead flow in Salesforce.
    • Sales Alignment & Collaboration

    • Sales Partnership: Act as the primary marketing contact for the India and APAC sales team.
    • Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the regional business, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy and prioritization.
    • Reporting & Optimization: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance; use insights to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI.
    What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of B2B field or demand generation marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or related SaaS technology.
  • Proven experience delivering joint marketing programs with channel partners in India and/or broader APAC.
  • Strong understanding of channel‑led and co‑sell go‑to‑market models.
  • Proven track record executing localized campaigns and field events in India and/or broader APAC markets.
  • Highly self-directed, able to manage multiple programs simultaneously without close supervision.
  • Experience working alongside regional sales teams and influencing without authority.
  • Strong understanding of channel/partner marketing and co-sell motions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills; proven ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing activities
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
