Our Field Sales organisation is a key driver of SumUp’s growth in France. Operating on the ground, close to merchants, the team brings our ecosystem of payment and business tools directly to small business owners across the country.
As Regional Manager – Field Sales France, you will play a pivotal leadership role. You will directly manage a team of 3–5 Territory Managers, each responsible for leading and scaling their own teams of Field Sales Consultants (both employed and self-employed).
You’ll act as the regional owner of performance, culture, and execution, building a high-performance sales engine that delivers sustainable revenue growth while developing future leaders within SumUp.
