Mira Search, a leading HR agency in Dubai, is hiring a Regional Manager CS for our partners—a company driving the development and expansion of entertainment products through cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer service teams across chat and telephony.
- Develop and enforce service standards and scripts.
- Oversee telemarketing campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance insights to senior management.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for seamless customer experience.
- Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Higher education (preferably in management, marketing, or communications).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of contact center technologies and tools.
- Proven experience in managing customer service teams across multiple channels (chat and telephony).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages.
Will Be a Plus:
- Experience in telemarketing and sales processes.
- Familiarity with global contact center operations and management.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
