Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex strategic accounts and partnerships, with a strong emphasis on digital collaboration and business model alignment.

  • Develop and execute tailored strategies for selected regional key accounts to deepen engagement, strengthen customer relationships, and unlock new business opportunities.

  • Take full ownership of key account planning and ensure the effective implementation of development activities.

  • Lead geographic expansion efforts by guiding and empowering local sales teams dedicated to the MRO business.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive growth initiatives and support innovative go-to-market strategies.

  • Contribute to the innovation pipeline, supporting new product development and advancing digital marketing and sales processes.

  • Directly impact our 2030 targets, including significant profitable PNS growth and enhanced market coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally within a multinational environment. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.

  • Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation, with proven digital proficiency.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and pitching abilities.

  • Fluency in English, French, and German.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe to engage with key partners (ideally based in Central Europe with good transport connections) #remote
